The Secret Garden - An Alternative Spring Bridal Look
Well happy Monday and what a start to the week we have for you today. If it is floral wedding inspiration you are looking for, you have come to the right place. We are spoiling you with a stunning photo shoot inspired by the truly beautiful Maya dress from E&W Couture. Photographer Agnes Black had a clear vision that she wanted to capture Maya in all it's delicate glory, complimented by soft pastels, romantic textures and flowers.

Flowers are the stars of the show, and it was only right that the dress was paired with a delicately hand crafted flower crown from Folky Dokey. A beautifully romantic peach coloured veil from Sash & Veil, cool wedding jewellery from Stone Hearts Club and show stopping shoes from Emmy London that were embellished with a beaded feather on either side added the finishing touches to this bridal look.
Jenny Gooding did the hair and make up, givingthe gorgeous Elle Keogh, a redhead with enchanting green-blue eyes, pale skin and a cool septum piercing, an alternative spring bridal look. With rose on the eye, a little blush and bold lip. The hair was delicately braided with loose waves.
Allerton towers provided the perfect setting with it's huge flower shrubberies, a crumbling stone arch walk, historic walls and a magical secret garden feel. The Soirée Stylists worked wonders with copper cutlery, crystal cut glasses and metallic candle sticks. The tones and simplicity tied in so beautifully with the style of the shoot.
Roisin of Ro The Cake Artist created the cool and contemporary cake and favours, with nature and the whimsical location as her inspiration. The cake had a top tier of orange and cardamom sponge with a salted caramel centre and a bottom tier of dark chocolate sponge, white chocolate buttercream and fresh raspberries - cake heaven! The shortbread favours were hand painted in watercolour to tie in with the painting on the cake. Peggy & Kate provided the most adorable stationary set, designed, printed and lovingly hand finished. It was a mix of greens and blush with a beautifully finished font.
Agnes and Bee created the most beautiful floral design, using heavy foliage and wild, wonderful and whimsical flowers to decorate the setting. The prettiest of spring blooms gathered in style adorned with silk ribbon from Silk and Purl for the bouquet.
Such awesome use of the different textures and trends for the whimsically inspired bride. We can’t stop swooning.
