Timeless Yet Playful For The Bespoke Bride
We were thrilled to receive this photoshoot blending the classic with the contemporary last week - what a bundle of beauty to land in our inbox! We're loving the laid-back elements of this shoot, complete with a team of incredible suppliers - read on for more!
Fun, carefree and relaxed chic is a HUGE bridal trend currently and Jessica Jane Bespoke Bridal Wear put together a shoot that encapsulates just that. With this beautiful trend in mind, this shoot is both fun and oozes with natural warmth and happiness, made possible with a team of wonderful creatives that all shared exactly the same vision.
The decadent collection of photographs by Magda K Photography really highlighted every detail of the carefree bride and complimented the hard work of each supplier that contributed towards the shoot. Each supplier came with their own beautifully bespoke details, with the result being images with incredible visuals and a gorgeous vibrancy that comes right through the screen!
The shoot was created and directed by Jessica Jane of Jessica Jane Bespoke Bridal Wear, with a view to showcase her the darling collection of bespoke bridal gowns. Each hand-curated piece was chosen to celebrate softness and femininity. Her Arabella, Aria, Delilah, Darcey and Lola gowns all explore different couture elements without that harsh edge that so often comes with couture design. We especially love the Lola twopiece with its guipire lace and versatility, and the stunning shape of the Delilah, with a high neck and spaghetti strap back.
The stunning accessories were provided by Bespoke Vintage Castle, who really wanted to showcase pieces that could slot into the style for any bride with a more relaxed look, but still with a bit of sparkle. These used delicious hair vines and delicate crystal pieces.
These adorned the gorgeous hair styling by Vicki Marriott Hair, who used braids, updos and loose form for a soft, natural look. In the autumn wind, the brides' beautiful blonde tresses blew gently, with an elegant hairstyle that adapted to the day with her. The makeup by Gail Marie complimented the gorgeous accessories and perfect styling, finished in gentle soft tonal colours for a warm and embracing look.
To embrace the theme of natural chic, flowers were used as a definite highlight. The gorgeous blooms were provided by Polka dot Florist. She created a stunning sylvan bouquet with rich, warming pinks and reds to really pop against the gorgeous bridal designs. With big, feature flowers, the bouquet was all about romance and impact, with trailing ribbon and gorgeous wild foliage. She also created an incredible backdrop wall, with flowerheads being artfully and elegantly arranged in the tall hedge to provide a real focal piece for the dresses. Elegant, yet playful, it keeps the effortless, natural vibes of the shoot, whilst being fun too. (I can't get over this backdrop - I absolutely ADORE it! I want this behind all my photos from now on). Inside, Amy also created a super simple but super gorgeous greenery inspired backdrop with suspended boughs of foliage. Effortless, tick. Impactful, tick. Stunning, tick tick tick.
Jessica Jane says: "We were all so delighted that we managed to capture images that really portray the pure, natural aesthetics we were after and the photographs really show how well our unique styles complement the theme. "
